Dear Dennis,
I had to write and let you know how incredibly happy I am with the puppy, Candy, I got from you. I know this is going to sound impossible, but she is perfect. Really. If I describe her, I know you won't believe me. But this is all completely true: Candy adjusted to our home almost immediately and barely cried even the first night in her crate. She has never chewed on anything in the house other than her toys. She learned the commands of "sit", "down", and "stay" all within two weeks. She is always happy, always friendly, and is always looking to please us. Candy is affectionate and will follow anyone in the family, because she loves to be around people and loves to be given affection! Candy is fun and loves to play, but is never hyper-active. Candy has quickly become a loved member of the family. Even my 12 year old, who desperately wanted a Yorkie so she could dress it and carry it in the mall, has said she couldn't imagine having a better dog. Candy has been out of the crate to sleep at night beginning from just one month of house breaking. She has not had an accident, and waits until eight a.m. to go outside every day..she's only six months old! We keep her in the laundry room at night, because otherwise my two youngest daughters will fight over whose room she'd sleep in. And that includes the former Yorkie lover.
Thanks are not enough. Please feel free to put this on your site if you want. It's all true.

We were trying to be good "parents"!!!!!haha We were concerned that he may tire quickly since he is so young. We'll try it again this weekend without the life jacket. He seems to enjoy everything that we do with him!!!! FYI........our Vet just loves Beckham and stated that he is the most "perfect" dog he has seen in years. He is very impressed with Beckham.
Thanks again, Ken Sandoe

Dennis,
We just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your care and professionalism! It was well worth the trip up to beautiful Central Florida and Polk City, your golden's are absolutely beautiful...they all looked so happy and natural in your fantastic kennel facilities ... which speaks loudly of your love and dedication for this awesome breed. It was great to also meet our pup's "dad", your Champion "Yukon", he is no doubt an extraordinarily beautiful and loving representation of the breed.
We are so glad we found your web page shortly after our 11 year old golden "Max" passed away. We wanted to find no less than another great pedigreed golden retriever to fill the missing piece and complete our home once again, and after much research found your kennel and reputation as a handler and Golden Retriever breeder to be second to none.
Well, "Bogie" (we decided finally on "EagleRidge's Here's Looking at You, Kid" as his formal name), had a great trip home and is doing exceptionally well and appears very happy, he just fit right into the family like a perfect missing piece. He even sleeps through the night without a peep (amazingly - no separation reflex) with only one late night trip outside - he's doing great with the housetraining.

Our veterinarian Dr. Balasky, (Balasky's Animal Hospital in Davie, Florida) loved the puppy at first sight, said he was going to keep him :) as did the entire staff. Dr. Balasky inquired where we acquired him and we highly recommended you and "EagleRidge" for any families interested in a handler or a Golden Retriever puppy - interestingly enough he already had your name and phone numbers on his wall as a top Golden Retriever breeder & handler recommendation!
Thanks again Dennis for blessing our family with one of Yukon & Dawn's sweet boys!

Hi Dennis,
Just thought I would catch you up on what's been going on down here in Fort Lauderdale with Brodie. We are enjoying Brodie so much, he's quite a handful and has a mind of his own. Back in April we decided to get another dog for him to play with. We wanted one of your Golden's but the budget unfortunately wouldn't allow for it. So we went to the Broward Humane Society and adopted Bently a Great Pyrneese mix who will be 6 months old June 28. So Brodie and Bently are about the same age. They love to play and run around and I think John and I need our heads examined but they have brought so much joy into our lives.
We are thinking about having both of them be therapy dogs and I need to find about the program more.
Anyway, thank you for Brodie. You will be very proud of us. The vet says he at a perfect weight for his age. He's all muscle. I hope he's following in Yukon's footsteps.
Take care.

Hi Dennis, Yesterday was a big day for Sadie! She was able to meet her half brother Sonny. Sonny's owners are good friends of ours who highly recommended you. Although Sonny is full grown, he and Sadie have the same dad (Dexter). We only hope that our Sadie turns out as perfect as Sonny- He is the greatest golden! The two of them got along great and Sonny was the perfect teacher to show Sadie how to swim in the pool. She was a bit scared at first, but she did awesome for her first try. Sadie is ten weeks old now and she is doing great. She loves to run around the yard- and she has discovered digging (which has been rather interesting). She is very social with her new dog friends and she gets along especially well with the golden retriever down the street. Training has been going well too. She sits and stays like a pro! Next trick that she is working on is rolling over. She still needs some assistance but she is catching on. She is still an absolutely beautiful dog. We get stopped constantly by people who tell us how pretty she is. The three most common comments we receive are "What a gorgeous dog","wow, look at those paws, she is going to be huge" and "What a perfect stance she has!". She truly is a great girl. The only thing we still need some work on is how to refrain from stealing mom and dads shoes....especially when they are still on our feet!....but she is working on it. Thanks again for such a great baby!!! I will attach a couple pictures of Sadie and Sonny. Eric and Dana Grubert

Good afternoon Dennis. As we discussed back in late March, CHAMP will be boarding with you from May 4th to May 11th while we are on a cruise. I will get in touch with you this week to work out any details. Here are some photos in order of age. CHAMP was born from Yukon & Dawn on September 30th. He is 6 1/2 months old and absolutely the best dog I have ever had (two goldens and one Wiem in the past). He has incredible temperment, is extremely smart, very friendly, loves children, and even is a bit of a bird dog. We couldn't be happier and you were truthful on everything you said he would be. Here he is in order of age: CHAMP SULLIVAN

Hello Williams' family!
Here I am on -36 hours of sleep. I don't think I'd volunteer for another two-fer golden puppy sleep over on a "weekly" basis but that was certainly the experence of a lifetime. Scratching down the bathroom door at 9 pm, toy tugs at 11 pm, squeaky toys at 2 am, going out into the Florida night (varying temp variances every two hours) puppies jumping off the bed only to realize they "didn't mean it". TWO MILLION KISSES when they got lifted back onto the bed!!! "Perfect gentlemen" going to the airport (dang near missed the plane trying to find the rental car return (apparently I am still in God's good graces) AND they slept the entire way on the two hour trip home. Beckham's family was "DELIGHTED" to meet him. Let me tell you....I'm glad your chose my Bogey for me...that Beckham is a hand full. :o)
My friends have come to the conclusion that I have again...found the world's most handsome golden retriever. Bogey had a very busy day meeting his grandparents, uncle, cousins, etc. He WOW'd them all over. As I type .... he is crashed below my feet. He hasn't met my coco lab yet.... will be interesting to see who rules. The cat is hoping for Gromit but I think it's a clear golden victory. Such fun.....
Thanks to you, Sharon and Ian (who's video would have probably been a #1 hit on YouTube). I will take excellent care of my EagleRidge golden puppy and thank you for the opportunity. He's very smart...figures things out quickly. I think he's bolder than you think. Did you see him self-stack at eight weeks old!?! Little show off.... Off to get some MUCH needed sleep (an hours or two?).

Hi Dennis,
Sadie has been the most wonderful dog in the world!! These past couple of days have been so much fun! She is such a smart girl and she picked up potty training on the first day home! She actually scratches at the door when she wants to go out. I was worried about what it would be like to have a puppy in the house since I hear so many horror stories about it, but she is an absolute delight! She is also great in the car. She girls up under the air vent and falls right to sleep. Thank you so much for giving us such a perfect little girl! We could not have asked for a better dog! We sent along a couple of pictures of her first couple of days home. Hope you like them!

Judy Hi Dennis, I want to thank you for all the new information and all the help you have given me over the last several months. Had I known your kennel existed I would have been on your door-step much earlier. If it hadn't been for Mike Edwards and Dr. Stegge I would still be looking for who knows how long. Sadie walks on lead like she has been doing it all her life. I have always had to teach puppies before. She is good at just being a puppy and is loved by the entire family. Sadie also sits close by when I open the fridge. All in all she is a great puppy and I am very happy about this. I do have a question and it is : at what age should Sadie be when she gets spayed? I get varying opinions so I thought with your experience your answer would be the best to follow.
Thank you, Judy

Kelli Hi Sharon & Dennis, This is just a quick email to let you know how Goldie is doing. She was an absolute pleasure on our journey home. It took us almost 4 hours to get back and she was great. She has settled in great and is already getting lots of exercise and enjoying being a member of our family. The 2 dogs get along well, although Georgie is almost 11 and he is not as rambunctious as he once was. I just wanted to thank you for a very pleasurable experience and we will highly recommend you.I have enclosed a few photos that i thought you would like to see. Hi..this is Barb and Bob Hall.
I just wanted to tell you that Cooper is just a fabulous dog.
( although he IS the most stubborn Golden we have ever had...:) He is not only beautiful but has the best disposition. I wanted to let you know that we are training as a team to be a Therapy Dog Team. He just has the best personality and I simply must share this wonderful dog with all those that are less fortunate and need a lift in their day!
I will send a picture soon..but I wanted to thank you again for ANOTHER fabulous dog.
Yours,
Barb and Bob Hall

Nancy Le Baron Hi Dennis: Just thought I would check in and let you know Maggie is doing great. Your excellent lines and the Trilogy food is what did it I am sure. People are in awe of her. Everyone at the vet and on the street aent to see her up close. She follows commands perfectly and people cannot believe how well behaved she is on command. I just need to convince Steve we need "one more".
Thanks for everything.

Liz Miller Hi Dennis, It was wonderful to meet you and your family. What a beautiful sight to drive into your driveway and see so many healthy, beautiful and alert dogs ready to welcome the next newcomer. You have obviously done a splendid job growing your business and it is quite clear that your dogs mean far more to you than business.
We have had a delightful last 24 hours with Casey. She loves to romp around and is so attentive to sounds. Casey comes to us when we call her name now and she recognizes our voices. What a brilliant puppy!!! Last night was uneventful, a little whinning and her version of howling for about 10 min. when we first put her to bed in her crate. After that, smooth sailing. We all thank you or providing us with our new member to our family.
Yours, Liz, Ray and Charlie Miller

Dennis,
I hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas. We just wanted to let you know how blessed we are to have our Molly(EagleRidges Good Golly Miss Molly) b 2/10/08 from Cassie & Yukon.
She is a beautiful healthy and growing puppy. We love her so much! She brings joy to us everyday Her favorite word is HUNGRY? We can't believe that we had to contact you because she didn't want to eat when we first brought her home...now its her favorite activity ahead of collecting sticks and playing with her puppy friends.
We thought you'd enjoy seeing a few pictures of Molly growing up...We sure have enjoyed her.
